My view on model economic system suggests a system of resource allocation, distribution of goods and production of goods for the service of the society. This model economic system is not purely capitalist or socialist, however, it is somewhere in between. The key to the constant growing economy is the middle class. I think, if the taxation system is suitable then it will contribute a lot to the model economic system in a proper manner. All of the nations and the societies usually struggle in order to find a perfect balance on a constant basis.
